Cooking class in a farm with visit to the stone mill
A unique way to learn about traditional Tuscan cuisine, led by the chef of the farmhouse
The experience will start from the cellar and will continue to the stone mill, where you will learn about the milling process to obtain the flour.
You will then reach the farm to start your cooking class.
First of all, you will learn everything about the ingredients and the secrets behind the perfect local recipes. Enjoy learning how to prepare Tuscan dishes yourself, getting your own hands in the dough. During the class, you will also get to taste cheese, cold cuts and local seasonal vegetables.
At the end you will taste the dishes (3 first courses) that you have prepared, paired with the farm's wines. You will then have the chance to enjoy a fresh fruit sorbet paired with our home made vinsanto (typical Tuscan sweet liqueur).
