A one-day excursion through the countryside and the city of Pisa, following a path along "a thousand years of history"

The guided tour starts from San Giuliano Terme to reach the first stop of the itinerary: the city of Pisa, where we can admire the Leaning Tower, the Piazza dei Miracoli, discover the typical alleys of the city and the Lungarni.

Once out of the city, moving towards the sea, we will follow the "Ciclopista del Trammino", along the tracks of the "old train" that used to connect the city to the coast: a path in the tranquility and silence of the countryside, where it is possible to encounter grazing animals and wild birds.

We will be surprised by the spectacle of the majestic basilica of San Piero a Grado (10th century), before arriving at the mouth of the Arno river which, after having crossed all the Tuscany, here meets the Tyrrhenian Sea. The scenario will be characterized by the "retoni", the traditional fishing nets and the Apuan Alps in the background.

At the tourist port of Marina di Pisa we can stop for refreshment or to take a nice dip in the sea from the nearby beach.

After the stop we will follow the reverse itinerary, this time riding towards Monte Pisano. Once back in San Giuliano Terme, you can opt to relax at the thermal baths and enjoy a well-deserved session in the luxurious SPA.

In case of bad weather, it will be necessary to change the date of the activity. If the customer is unable to change the date or wishes to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the event, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be provided (for handling costs). If the customer does not show up or does not cancel within 24 hours prior to the activity, the amount will not be refunded.
