The Peasant Culture Museum of Marliana

Discovering ancient trades

Marliana
Marliana’s Museum dedicated to agriculture and culture is located in a venue that’s adjacent to the Church of San Bartolomeo in the ancient part of the hamlet of Casore del Monte. This ethological museum was inspired by the need to document the territory’s past and spotlight agriculture as its primary industry. The museum features ancient agricultural tools and guests will delight at a glimpse of old-time machines like a seeder and other agricultural tools which are still partly functional.
