The Vine and Wine Museum in Rufina is situated in the cellars of Villa di Poggio Reale and retraces the history of vines and winemaking in the Val di Sieve, bearing witness to the great winemaking traditions of Rufina and the inextricable bond between vine and the land. 

The museum focus on the history of agriculture, especially grape-growing and viticulture techniques. Old machinery, eighteenth-century blown glass flasks, photographs, videos and original documentation are also on display. The museum presents itself as a laboratory that merges tradition and innovation.
