Amico Museo

Spring is in the air at Tuscany’s museums, which open their doors in May and June with guided tours, special exhibitions, animations and workshops for children and adults alike.

A rich program of activities introduces the community to Tuscan cultural heritage through initiatives that satisfy the curiosity of every kind of visitor. Each event is an opportunity for a new discovery and unique sensation.

Amongst the numerous Florentine museums involved, the list includes Palazzo Davanzati, San Marco Museum, Santa Maria Novella, Bargello and many others. In Lucca, the cathedral museum, Puccini house museum and Botanical Garden are participating with initiatives, just to name a few. And in Siena, visitors can explore the Santa Maria della Scala Museum, but Amico Museo can be found in many other cities across Tuscany.

A particular highlight is the activities dedicated to families and initiatives organized specially for visitors with limited mobility.
